Asenath Louise Holsonbake Harpley, better known as Cindy Harpley by all her family and friends, entered into rest on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at the age of 76.

Cindy was a hometown girl of Augusta, Georgia, and attended Forest Hills Elementary, Langford Junior High, and Academy of Richmond County.  As a child of 4 years old, she had contracted Polio that affected her right arm.  This handicap didn't stop her from living the life she wanted.  In her younger days you could find her riding her motorcycle or even catch her at the "Lake House" on her Jetski.  Cindy's first job was with JB White in National Hills, but later applied to the Handicapped Program at Ft. Gordon where she was accepted in 1984.  Through several appointments and post, she retired in 2012 as a Beneficiary Coordinator with 27 years and 7 months of exceptional, dedicated, professional service.

Cindy is preceded in death by her parents, George "Pete" and Dolores "Dee" Holsonbake.  Cindy is survived by two sons, Freddie (Amy) and Chad (Jen); and three grandchildren, Tyler, Will, and Ava.

The family will receive friends from 11:30am to 1:30pm on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at Thomas L. King Funeral Home, 124 Davis Road, Martinez GA 30907. Private burial will be held later.
