Ann Rachels Coursey, 73, of North Augusta, passed away on January 9, 2025.

Ann was a lifelong Augusta area resident. She enjoyed flowers and watching Little House on the Prairie and Gunsmoke. Ann loved her children, and she especially loved being a "Meme" to her precious grandchildren and great grandchildren. Ann never met a stranger and will be loved and missed by all that knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William Rachels and Lois Kreashko; her husband of 50 years, Larry Michael Coursey Sr.; and her daughter, Sherry Coursey.

Survivors include her children, Michael Coursey Jr. (Shannon) and Lynn Parham (Barry); her sister, Sammye Doolittle (Sammy); her 7 grandchildren, Brittany Hensley (Chad), Cameron McCaslin (Kelsey), Zach McCaslin (Sami), Amber Bledsoe (Bud), Joshua Coursey, Carson McCaslin, and Zoey McCaslin; and 4 great grandchildren, Eastin, Ellie Jean, Oliver, and Addison.

Graveside Services will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at Pineview Memorial Gardens, 450 W Five Notch Rd. North Augusta SC, with Dr. Paul Noe officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday, January 13, 2025 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at Thomas L. King Funeral Home.
