Amanda Lenise Garcia Ryans, 38, of Thomson, passed away on July 16, 2025.

Amanda was a lifelong Augusta area resident. Amanda was a bright ray of light who enjoyed life and just having fun. She loved all of her family and spending time with her children. She enjoyed going to the beach and loved her Mexican food. Make up was a big passion of Amanda's. She not only enjoyed looking beautiful, but she enjoyed helping others be beautiful as well, which led to a career with Ulta Beauty where she served as General Manager of the Evans store and always loved all her customers. She will be deeply missed by all that knew her.

Amanda is preceded in death by her grandparents, Gloria and Walter Kelly.

She is survived by her husband, Damien Ryans; her mother, Tobie Garcia; her three children, Anthony James Garcia, Ava Garcia, and Aaliyah Ryans; her siblings, Bobby Thigpen Jr, and Adrienne Bohler, as well as several nieces, nephews and other extended family members.

A memorial service will be held at Dearing Full Gospel Church 2:00 PM Friday July 25, 2025 with Rev. Jerry Rockefeller officiating.
