Allyssa Ritch passed away on September 17, 2026.

Allyssa Ryanne Ritch was born on May 22, 1981 in Boston, Massachusetts to Robert Jessop and Kathi Macdonell.  Allyssa served in the Air Force for a few years until having her firstborn child. Allyssa was best friends with nature. She took her kids hiking to waterfalls, took in any animals that needed help (including a possum and a raccoon), and loved spending time floating down a river in a kayak. She was a renaissance woman who could do whatever she put her hands and mind to—painting, cooking, flower arranging, tiling, you name it. She was selfless and always gave people the benefit of the doubt. 

Allyssa is survived by her parents, her two siblings (Joseph Jessop and Vicki Irwin), her husband (Perry Ritch IV), and her three children (Anastasia Hunt, Olivia Ritch, and Perry Ritch V).

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 12:00 PM at Westover Memorial Park.
